1. Please inform us your request for return or exchange within 7 days from receiving goods,if out of 7 days,we can not accept any return or exchange.
2. Please keep the goods in their original condition,don’t wear,style,cut,wash,glue,etc,For refund or exchange,the units must be returned to us firstly,if the goods is out of their original conditon after return,we will refuse the return or exchange and all the loss will be afforded by customers
3. Please be careful when you want to do anything to your units,we advise that you must read the use or care instructions firstly before do it. We will not be responsible for units that are damaged by customers themselves.
4. Please ensure the unit is exactly what you want when ordering,if you ordered incorrect hair length,color,etc by your own oversight or carelessness,we can not accept any return or exchange.
5. If you think there are some flaws on units after receipt,please inform us by photos or quality report,if the flaws are existent in fact,please keep the units in their original condition,you can return it or ask us for replacement.
If error or fault is caused by us, please return the unit directly without any changes within 7 days,we will offer you prompt refund or repair or other requests. Except this,our custom units normally can not be returnable. Custom units are all made according to individual requests of different customers,maybe it can not fit anyone else,so please make sure everything is exactly what you want when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect head sizes,variances in color caused by monitor settings.etc.
